This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to products, services, rental items, and third-party listed products offered through our platform.


1) Nature of Platform

Our platform may offer the following types of listings/services:

  1. Products sold directly by us
  2. Products sold by third-party sellers through our platform
  3. Rental products / items / services offered for a fixed duration
  4. Digital / membership / listing / matrimony-related services (if applicable)

Since different categories may have different fulfillment methods, refund/cancellation rules may vary depending on the product/service type.


2) Order Cancellation by Customer

A) For Physical Products sold directly by us

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded after deduction of payment gateway charges (if any), where applicable.

B) For Third-Party Seller Products

  • Orders placed for products listed by third-party sellers may be cancelled only before the seller has processed or shipped the order.
  • Once the seller has confirmed processing/shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refund approval for such products may depend on seller confirmation and return verification.

C) For Rental Bookings / Rental Products

  • Rental bookings may be cancelled only before the booking start date/time.
  • If cancelled well in advance, a partial or full refund may be provided as per the rental terms shown on the product/service page.
  • If the rented item has already been delivered, handed over, or the rental period has started, cancellation may not be allowed.

D) For Service / Subscription / Membership / Matrimony Listings

  • Once a service, membership, profile listing, premium feature, consultation, or subscription has been activated or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If the order has not yet been activated or processed, cancellation may be considered at our discretion.

3) Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

For Directly Sold Physical Products

Refund/replacement may be allowed if:

  • wrong product was delivered
  • product is damaged during transit
  • product received is defective
  • item is missing from the order
  • product is substantially different from what was ordered

For Third-Party Seller Products

Refund may be considered if:

  • seller approves the return/refund request
  • wrong or damaged product is delivered
  • item is not delivered due to seller-side failure
  • product is proven to be materially different from the description

For Rental Products / Rental Services

Refund/security deposit adjustment may be considered if:

  • rental item was unavailable after confirmed booking
  • item delivered was damaged or unusable before the rental use began
  • booking was cancelled by us or by the vendor before service start
  • security deposit is refundable as per the rental agreement and the item is returned in acceptable condition

For Services / Matrimony / Premium Features / Listing Services

Refund may be considered only if:

  • payment was deducted but service was not activated
  • duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • service could not be provided due to a technical failure from our side
  • the request is found genuine after internal verification

4) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • customer changes mind after order confirmation
  • dislike of product after use without any defect
  • minor color/packing variation that does not affect product use
  • delay caused by courier or events beyond our control
  • rental item already used for the booked duration
  • late return of rented item
  • damage caused by customer misuse, mishandling, negligence, or unauthorized alteration
  • premium listing / membership / digital service already activated or consumed
  • disputes arising only between buyer and third-party seller where the platform has already facilitated order placement as per listed terms
  • custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, hygienic, intimate, perishable, or non-returnable goods (if applicable)

5) Return Window

  • Return/refund requests must be raised within [3 / 5 / 7] days of delivery for physical products.
  • For rental issues, complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery/receipt of the rental item.
  • For payment issues related to service/subscription/listing, complaint should be raised within 3 days of payment.

6) Return Conditions

To be eligible for return/refund (where applicable), the item must:

  • be unused or used only to the extent reasonably necessary for inspection
  • be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, invoice, and proofs, where applicable
  • not be damaged due to misuse by the customer
  • match the original order details

For rental items:

  • the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, subject to normal wear and tear if allowed in the rental terms
  • any damage, missing parts, stains, breakage, or loss may result in deduction from the security deposit or additional charges

7) Inspection and Approval

All refund/return requests are subject to:

  • internal verification by our team, and/or
  • verification by the third-party seller/vendor, where applicable

We reserve the right to approve, reject, partially approve, or replace the order after checking the claim, product condition, proof submitted, and order history.


8) Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method or by another method deemed suitable by us
  • In some cases, bank/payment gateway timelines may cause additional delay

9) Shipping / Pickup / Reverse Logistics Charges

  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return pickup / reverse shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective, damaged, or wrongfully delivered
  • For third-party seller products, shipping deductions may apply as per seller terms

10) Rental Deposit / Damage Charges

If rental products are offered through the platform:

  • a refundable security deposit may be collected for certain rental items
  • deposit refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item
  • deductions may be made for:
    • damage
    • missing accessories/parts
    • deep cleaning
    • late return
    • repair or replacement cost due to misuse

11) Third-Party Seller / Vendor Disclaimer

For products or services sold by third-party sellers, vendors, or partners through our platform:

  • the platform may act only as a facilitator / marketplace
  • return/refund timelines may depend on seller/vendor policy, unless otherwise stated by us
  • we may assist in coordination, but final resolution may depend on facts of the case, seller response, and applicable platform rules

12) Failed / Duplicate Payments

If money is deducted but:

  • order is not created, or
  • payment is duplicated by mistake,

please contact us with:

  • order ID / transaction ID
  • payment screenshot
  • registered mobile number / email

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed.


13) Right to Refuse Abuse / Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to reject refund, cancellation, or return requests in cases involving:

  • suspicious activity
  • repeated abuse of return/refund policy
  • false claims
  • incomplete evidence
  • intentional damage
  • misuse of platform, rental items, or seller dispute mechanism
